Description
According to the Health & Safety Executive, 25% of all accidents at work involve the use of portable electrical appliances.
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 recommend that companies nominate a qualified person responsible for the safety and regular testing of such appliances. Failure to do so not only puts your staff and premises at risk, but in the event of an accident, prosecution and heavy financial penalties can be incurred.
