Description
The PUWER 98 Regulation 9 requires employers to provide refresher training as and when necessary. This course will enable individuals to
upgrade their skills, eliminate bad practice, renew their safety awareness and gain a current RTITB certificate.

- The theory and practical skills in the correct use and operation of conventional lift trucks
- * Operators safety code
- * Health & Safety at Work Act (1974)
- * Daily/pre-shift inspection and maintenance
- * Introduction to any new legislation in safe working practices
- * Correction of any existing faults in truck operation and stacking/racking procedures
- * Low level racking
- * Eye level racking
- * High level racking
- * Practical and Theoretical test
- * RTITB standard operator test
- * National Operator Registration Scheme (NORS).
- The NORS certification is issued to operators who undertake successful training and testing at one of RTITB's accredited training providers.
