QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the stated policy of the Wakefield Skillcentre Limited to satisfy the requirements of our clients in every way we can. This is achieved by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated management system which assures the services offered by the organisation. This system meets the requirements of BS.EN.ISO 9001:2008. It is implemented across the whole organisation and embraces all the activities which impact upon our clients.

The management is committed to ensuring that the system is effective in achieving and satisfying clients both now and in the future. To this end we will strive to continually improve upon our services, processes and our management system. We will set objectives and targets which will be measured and reported upon at management reviews.

These objectives include:

  • Exceed our customers’ expectations by ensuring appropriate two-way communications are maintained to enable us to fully understand and fulfill their requirements;
  • Set measurable targets to monitor our achievement toward pre-determined objectives;
  • Evaluate our performance against these targets to identify progress;
  • Monitor, audit and review our systems to identify areas to continually improve performance.

To ensure continual improvement of the services and systems the organisation will continue to recognise the involvement of staff. The company is also committed to the ongoing development of the staff.

The management system to meet BS.EN.ISO 9001:2008 will be adhered to by all personnel within the organisation to achieve and maintain the above policy and objectives.
