It belongs to Wakefield Skillcentre Ltd a privately owned industrial skills training provider, originally part of the UK governments Skillcentre network,

The cutting machine has been owned by Wakefield Skillcentre for many years and is used every day Monday to Friday to cut plate for candidates learning how to weld and pass BS4872 and ASME IX welding certificates. The unit has worked like a steam train cutting many pieces of metal.
